Pamela Webb - Second Grade

Mrs. Webb earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas. She later completed certifications in Kindergarten and Early Childhood Education through Lamar University, where she also earned a Master of Education in Counseling and Development and a Master of Education in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading.

She has dedicated more than 30 years to serving students and families in the Silsbee and Lumberton Independent School Districts. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed teaching in the elementary classroom and serving as a school counselor at Lumberton Early Childhood School. After retiring from public education, she continued her passion for working with children by teaching language arts and reading for six years to kindergarten, first-grade, and second-grade students at First Baptist Academy in Silsbee.

Helping young children discover the joy of learning has always been one of the most rewarding parts of her career. She is especially passionate about teaching reading and helping students build the strong literacy skills and confidence they need to succeed both in school and in life. She believes every child has the ability to learn and grow when provided with encouragement, patience, and the right support. When she is not working with students, she enjoys reading, taking long walks in her neighborhood, and spending time with family and friends.
