Dr. Jeff Payne brings more than four decades of experience in education, music, pastoral and

itinerant ministry, and leadership to Veritas Classical Academy. He holds degrees in music

(BM), theology (ThM, ThD) and apologetics (MA) and has served as a pastor, teacher,

evangelist, and curriculum leader. At Veritas, he teaches World History and Rhetoric as well as

Physical Science. Jeff and his wife, Kathleen, have been married since 1980 and have three

grown children and one granddaughter. He is passionate about helping students think clearly,

communicate effectively, and view every area of learning through the truth of a biblical

worldview.

Veritas Classical Academy is fully accredited by the Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS) and the Christian Latin School Association (CLSA). ACCS is an approved accreditor of the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC).
