Mrs. Hudler is a retired English Professor from Lamar University, where she taught undergraduate and graduate courses in writing, British literature, poetic analysis, ethics and literature, and medical humanities. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English from Lamar University and her PhD in Renaissance Literature from Anglia Ruskin University. Besides teaching, Mrs. Hudler has promoted the importance of writing and poetry through journaling and creative writing workshops for Baptist Hospital, Texas Oncology, the Art Studio, Southeast Texas Women of Influence, and the Still Shining Women’s Conference. Mrs. Hudler is grateful to have this unique teaching opportunity and is excited to be back in the classroom. Mrs. Hudler, her husband, and daughter live in Fannett, where they attend Grace Community Church.
